In this role you’ll be the voice of calm and solutions. When a client raises concerns, you’ll step in with empathy, professionalism and action. From handling escalations to owning end-to-end resolution, you’ll be trusted to protect relationships and more importantly, retaining clients.
  
What you'll be doing:
  • Manage and resolve client complaints and complex queries with speed, ownership and care.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and respond thoroughly and promptly.
  • Restore confidence through personalised communication, timely updates, and proactive follow-up.
  • Track themes, share insights, and help reduce future complaints through smarter service delivery.
What you’ll bring:
  • Strong experience in complaints resolution, service recovery, or dispute handling resulting in client retention — ideally B2B. Regulatory experience is a HUGE plus.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • A natural drive to fix, improve, and take accountability.
  • Confident navigating competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
