As a Workplace Relations Manager, you will play an integral role in leading the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced ER business unit. As a savvy ER professional, you will drive productivity and performance while also possessing the commercial acumen to influence change at a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and encourage performance of your team members through your positive, empathic team leadership capability.
- Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational requirements and needs.
- Drive performance by using data metrics and measures to understand trends and create solutions to benefit the company.
- Provide guidance and expertise on employment relations and human resources inquiries.
- Be the point of escalation for the team
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior Employment Relations role, or management of a team of HR professionals.
- Strong operational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements
- Strong technical employee relations experience
