Do you forget staff pay reviews or let important documents go out of date? Use BrightHR’s new document reminders and you’ll never overlook an important date again.

Now, whenever you upload a new document to BrightHR, you can set a date reminder. This could be the date the document expires, or when you want to hold your employee’s next pay review.

Then, on the date you chose, you’ll get an automatic notification on your desktop and mobile.

You can set reminders for all of the following:

  • Driving licences
  • Passport renewals
  • H&S risk assessments
  • Certificates (e.g. CSCS cards)
  • Memberships
  • Health & safety checks
  • First aid training
  • Pay reviews
  • Probation reviews
  • Personal development reviews
  • Qualifications that require regular refreshers

And as you’ll always be on top of your documentation, you won’t get any nasty surprises that’ll affect your business.

For example, you won’t have to pull your employee off a shift because their driving licence has expired, or close your business because you’ve not kept up with your health & safety checks.

So what are you waiting for? Log in to BrightHR today and set up your document reminders.
