Who are we looking for?
We are looking for the most talented C# developer in Manchester to join us. Our Web team understand our users and what technology to lever to give them a great product, we’re engineering focused developers with a talent for technology. We have a superb product team that believes in user-centred design, iterative development and validated learning.
Are you working as a C# developer? Do you have more than two years’ experience in writing C# in a commercial environment with experience across the rest of the stack? Are you an engineer, collaborator and communicator with buckets of enthusiasm?
We work in cross-functional product teams, in a truly agile way, delivering small increments of value to our customers very frequently. You’ll need to have commercial hard core experience of C#, .Net Framework, WebApi and Nunit, with SQL, Entity Framework, Event Store and Azure blob storage. We get production insights with Elastic Search, Logstash and Kibana and monitor with NewRelic and Logic Monitor so experience of those will help. We deploy using Github, TeamCity and Octopus, several times a day so being able to think, test, build and ship super-fast is a must. You’ll care about engineering, test first, pairing and continuous improvement.
If it’s all sounding good so far, you might also want to know that we care for our employees by offering them competitive salaries, a cool and creative office that is only a two minute walk from Manchester Victoria Train Station, wonderful and talented colleagues, flexible working hours, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, contributory pension, an Agile development environment, and loads of social events and other bits and bobs to keep you engaged and happy at work. If you’re loving the sound of all this, we might be made for each other.
