About the role:

We’re looking for a talented BI Manager to define a strategy for locating, acquiring, curating and surfacing data for business, management and operational information. You’ll manage a small but expanding team of analysts to establish a best of breed solution to delivery of data into the business. Manage the prioritisation of work based on demands from a broad stakeholder group in order to assure the best return on the investment of effort and that the stakeholders’ expectations are well managed. Working with the product solutions architecture to drive an architecture and implementation to surface data, alerts and insights to our customers.

You’ll need to know how to:

  • Elicit analyse and understand the data needs of several stakeholders in a broad range of roles
  • Make prioritisation decisions setting stakeholders expectations appropriately on the likely schedule of creation of a report
  • Provide commentary and analysis on the data in order to make draft recommendations for how the data can be used or opportunities that the data presents
  • Able to work in a high pace, demanding business that relies on data to drive decisions.
  • Experience of AzureDB, Salesforce, Marketo, and SQLServer as sources of data and PowerBI as an aggregation, analysis and visualisation platform.
  • Relate transactional data with other behavioural data sources like Google Analytics and ELK.
  • Communicate intricate data relationships and patters to various stakeholders with differing skills and experiences in a simple and coherent way.
