From approving holidays, logging sickness and tracking lateness, through to running reports and document management whilst also providing access to specialist expert knowledge on topics ranging from employment law to employee happiness. 

About the role

You will be absolutely integral in ensuring that our new clients have a positive and stress free introduction to the BrightHR service. Once new clients have signed up with BrightHR you will proactively call them to welcome them and walk them through the on-boarding process, from guiding them through the system to setting up their account. With your excellent people skills you will be able to promote the value of BrightHR to their business and ensure each client is happy with the service provided. 

Your impact

  • Provide an excellent customer service to our new and existing BrightHR clients
  • Proactively call our new clients to welcome them to the service and talk them through the set up of their account
  • On-board each client during the first 30 days of their service agreement
  • Take ownership of any complaints, keeping an accurate account of concerns and working toward a resolution with the client
  • Conduct demonstrations of BrightHR by webinar to new clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell services, such as Bright Advice and Bright EAP
  • Meet and exceed all personal and team KPI's

What we need from you 

To be successful in this role we are looking for people who;

  • Have existing customer service experience in an inbound telesales/ customer service environment
  • The ability to build rapport 
  • The ability to retain and develop existing customer relations
  • A competitive nature and positive attitude
