Job Purpose:

To maintain and extend our current salesforce org in order to satisfy demand from our inhouse sales team, service, marketing and the exec. Working in an experienced team this role will require collaboration within the team and with the stakeholders in order to translate requirements into appropriate solutions whilst retaining responsibly for the long term sustainability of the org.

Working in a team with a Salesforce Principal developer, SalesForce admin and business analyst in a company that is part of a group with SalesForce as the CRM of choice and over 1000 seats in the group. BrightHR is a digital product company with an inhouse sales, service and marketing team that drive needs into the SalesForce development team. Currently using Salesforce Classic expecting to move to Lightning in the next financial year.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience of Salesforce administration in a commercial context
  • Understand current SalesForce best practice
  • Exposure to Apex, Visual Force and DMAmp
  • Experience of declarative SalesForce development
  • Working experience of delivering in an agile software delivery environment
  • Experience of working in a sales centric environment
  • Able to communicate a complicated problem succinctly accurately and coherently to a team with different skill sets
  • Able to negotiate and compromise solutions and find the balance between best practice, expediency and longer term maintenance costs
  • Ability to communicate with many roles in the business in a way that can easily be understood, to negotiate with the senior and inexperienced colleagues to determine why a feature should be built and what the feature should be in order to support the business goals.
  • Demonstrate, discuss and permeate current good practice in the skills specific to your professional family across other members of your professional family

Responsibilities

  • Configure develop and maintain solutions from stakeholders requirements
  • Understand maintain and extend an existing implementation with significant customisation and integrations
  • Able to mentor junior members of the team in administration
