Who are we looking for:

We’re looking for a UX Insights Analyst to join our in-house UX and Design team in a fun, relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you can develop your skills with the full support of our team. Comfortable collating, analysing and presenting data in an engaging way you will be responsible for producing and delivering meaningful insights about user behaviour, trends and patterns. You will produce reports, flows and other deliverables that provide practical recommendations to help improve the experience of our customers with the BrightHR website as well as the web and mobile apps.

We want someone who has a good understanding of user centred design processes and is able to see things from the perspective of the users. You will work closely with the UX team, in particular the Lead UX researcher so there will be plenty of opportunities to branch out to user research and testing if you wish to. On some occasions, you may need to support other departments too such as Marketing, Strategy and Product.

Extensive experience isn’t crucial but we want to see strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new stuff along the way. You also need to have solid time management skills, a high standard in communication, an inquisitive nature and good attention to detail.

Skills/ Experience required

  • A relevant degree
  • Experience in processing, analysis and reporting on data
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience of Power BI
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Highly organised
  • Strong reporting and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Understanding of UX research processes and user centred design
  • Exceptional Ping Pong skills are not required but are preferred
