BrightHR is a people management software company and our solution enables our clients to effortlessly implement HR admin processes. From approving holidays, logging sickness and tracking lateness, through to running reports and document management whilst also providing access to specialist expert knowledge on topics ranging from employment law to employee happiness. 

Your responsibilities 

  • Safely and Securely export data from the legacy Online system
  • Accurately input data into BrightHR in the correct format
  • Liaise with internal Account Managers to understand Data Entry requirements
  • Keep accurate record of work carried out in Excel and Salesforce
  • Ensure Account Managers are updated by email when work is complete
  • Liaise with clients by telephone and email when queries arise
  • Work to timescales and Service Level Agreements
