The mobile app will open your web browser for you to log in to BrightHR, and then redirect back to the app. This process is for added security. If you’re struggling to log in via the mobile app, there are a few things you can check:
Double check you have a valid account on the BrightHR system by logging into the website directly.
Make sure cookies are enabled in your default phone browser (and that you’ve recently cleared the cookies and cache). Cookies help websites and apps remember important information that improve your browsing experience.
Remember to use the same email address you used when you first registered your BrightHR account (this is the email address we sent your registration details to). Email addresses and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you’re entering them both correctly—and be careful not to add a space before or after your email address.
We do try to support as many different devices as possible for our users. But, in order to provide you with the highest level of security for your data, you will need to have iOS 16 or newer installed to use our app. As it can only be used on devices that are still supported by Apple.
No need to worry though! You'll always be able to access our website to use BrightHR so just head to your phone's browser and log in from there.
