Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
Chris is responsible for helping our customers and their employees have the best possible experience with us – from the moment they first hear about us, through deciding that we’re right for them, being onboarded to our software and services, and getting the most out of all the things we offer.
Chris has worked in a variety of software companies for over 25 years – nearly always serving businesses and helping them achieve their goals. His previous experience includes being a hands-on design practitioner, creating, and leading user experience, research, and design teams. Chris has excelled working in industries as varied as document warehousing, mainframe computing, mass spectrometry, accountancy software, enterprise security, and automotive.
