To qualify, the referred business or organization must sign a BrightHR contract within 6 months of being referred and must not cancel their contract for any reason prior to the referral payment being issued. Referral rewards will be processed and paid after BrightHR receives the new client’s first payment. The referral fee is not valid if the referee works for or owns the referred company.
