Lash Luscious is a Norfolk based beauty salon with 3 employees. Owner, Cassie, was recommended BrightHR after struggling to keep up with the piles of paperwork caused by timesheets and holiday forms.
“Everything was being scribbled on paper and I had to chase staff to remind them to fill in timesheets—sometimes even checking CCTV to work out start and finish times—just to calculate pay,” Cassie explains.
“I would issue a new holiday form every April. By the time the end of the holiday year there were so many scribbles and changes on those sheets, it was hard to keep up.”
