It's simple and easy! First, just head to the clock in section on the left. From here, you will see a list of users under the 'Who's in' tab divided in to 3 sections, 'Clocked in', 'On break' and 'Clocked out'
You will see underneath the employees names under clocked in the option to clock them in which will then ask you which location you want to clock them in to. To clock a user out, you would simply click 'Clock out' underneath their name.
Please note, you cannot start or end a break and there will be no option to do this.
Yes you can! Simply head over to clock ins, click the 'History' tab and 'Add historical clock-in'
This will then give you the option to select the start time, end time, start date and end date for the shift.
As well as the shift start and end, you can even add breaks that were taken on that day too, just add the plus next to breaks and add it in the same way!
Please note the location cannot be selected but you can add notes to your clock-in stating the location and reason.
You do this in a few simple steps! Simply head over to clock ins, click the 'History' tab and click the pencil next to the shift you want to edit.
You can then adjust both the start time and finish time by clicking the clock icon next to them and applying the new times.
You can do this for the date too if this needs to be adjusted, just click the calendar next to the start & end date and then apply your changes.
Please note you can also adjust any break recorded in the same way as above.
Yes you can! You can email or print your QR code in a few simple steps.
First, head to clock ins on the left, then select locations to the far right.
From here, you will see a list of locations you have set up, click the one you want the QR code for. You will then see the QR code with 2 options below, one to generate a new code (which will invalidate the current one) and the option to Print the QR code.
Please note if you need to save a copy of your QR code, when you click print you can choose to save it as a PDF in the destination dropdown.
You can set up a location for your employees to clock-in and out from ina few simple steps.
First, head to the 'Clock-ins' section on the left. You can then click the locations tab and select the add new location button to get started.
You would then add the address details which is linked with Google maps which will then pull the address details and pin point this on the map.
Next, you will select a radius for your Geo-fence or if you want to hide it - the Geo-fence is the radius from which your employees will be able to clock in from.
And finally select the location privacy settings, either public, or private which will allow you to select from a list of users who can clock in here.
Yes you can enable the setting in the Blip settings section on the clock-ins section.
Once enabled, the employee can clock in from 3 locations on the website, from their dashboard, the quick actions list on the nav bar and in the clock-ins section itself.
Yes you can! Simply head over to the 'Clock-ins' section where yoj will be able to see all of your clock-in activity over a specific timeframe - simply click the calendar and select a date range to specify.
But that's not all, if you need to adjust a shift's clock in/out time, click the pencil next to it to make an adjustment to the shift pending approval by your manager.
Yes you can! Head to the 'Clock-ins' section and click the clock in button in the top right. You can also simply click the actions button (the + symbol in the nav bar) and select the clock-in option.
You can start and end breaks as well as clock-out when your shift is finished.
Please note, if you do not see this option, your employer needs to enable the function - please discuss this with them.
The reason why you wouldn't be able to save your changes when editing a shift is if there is a break or another shift conflicting with the time you are adjusting for.
To ensure you can make the change, review any breaks in the shift and edit this first to ensure it falls in line with the new shift time you're trying to adjust it to.
If it is another shift that is causing the conflict, consider adjusting the conflicted shift first.
