Yes, when you leave an incomplete risk assessment we save a copy as a draft for you in the risk assessments section of your account. When you then go back into this you can click continue assessment to continue the process.
In the risk assessments section of your account you will have the library at the top. In here you’ll have some risk assessments you can use as a template to get started just click the title of the risk assessment and click copy to create a new risk assessment using this.
Yes, click the three dots on the risk assessment you would like to copy and select the Copy option.
Simply access the hazardous substances health assessment section on BrightSafe, under the risk management tab, to start creating your health assessment.
Using a safety data sheet (SDS) provided by the supplier will support you in doing this. You will be able to upload any documents along the way, including your safety data sheet.
You will be able to create action and review tasks with this assessment, make sure you finish all the steps and click 'save' for them to become live and ready to complete.
Any admin or user will be able to access a risk assessment and complete reviews to update the current version of that risk assessment.
Employees will not be able to access or view risk assessments, however, if you do need them to see a risk assessment you can save your risk assessment via the print option as a PDF and upload this to a communal document space such as BrightHR's company document folder.
