It falls on the third Monday of January (this year it’s Monday 18th January) and has been coined The Most Depressing Day of the Year.

The theory goes that this is the day where we’re all down in the dumps because we’re cold, tired, skint from Christmas, getting back to the daily grind, and already floundering with our New Year’s Resolutions.

Is Blue Monday 2021 the worst one yet?

This year Blue Monday is hitting everyone even harder. Because our January blues might normally be linked to the return to work and responsibilities after a sparkling festive season…
