BrightHR Software / E-learning

You can assign E-learning courses in a few simple steps!
First, you must have the 'Learning manager' permission before you will be able to do this - if you are an admin, you can enable this in the permissions tab under E-learning or if you are a manager, an admin would need to enable this for them.
Once you have the permission, you can then access the 'Assignment' tab which will have a list of available E-learning courses on either BrightHR or BrightSafe.
Once you have selected your E-learning courses you want to assign, you will then be asked which employees you want to assign and the date that it would need to be completed by.
You can find the employees certificate if you have the 'Learning manager' permission under the E-learning section.
Head to E-learning and then click the 'Reporting' tab. From here, you will see a list of completed courses or you can change the option to view a list of employees instead.
Click on the course you want to access the certificate for and then you will see the option to view the certificate.
Please note that the mark as completed process requires manual upload of the certificate from the employee but will mean the course will not show as completed unless they have uploaded the certificate.
Yes you can! if you have the 'Learning manager' permission, you will see the tab in the E-learning section for reporting which will give you the option to 'Export' either individual courses or all of them.
Simple! just head over to E-learning, select the permissions tab and click 'Add learning manager'
Anyone who you select as a learning manager will have access to assign employees E-learning courses, access their certificates and run reports.
Only admins can adjust the 'Learning manager' permissions.
Q. Can I access my employee's certificate for a course after they have marked it as completed?
Yes you can! simply head over to the E-learning section and then in to the reporting tab. In here, you will be able to see all E-learning courses that you or other learning managers have assigned - click in to the course and then head in to the completed tab to see who has completed the course and uploaded their certificate which you can save to your device.
Please note, the employee must have marked the course as completed and upload their certificate in order for this to be available.
Q. Why is my employee's assigned E-learning course not showing as completed, when they have?
When an employee completes an E-learning course, they will be presented with a certificate (providing they passed the test) which they would need to download and then upload on BrightHR when marking the course as completed.
If the employee does not do this correctly, the certificate and completion of the course will not be retrievable on BrightHR so it is important that they must download the certificate.
