I have forgotten my password...What do I do?

 

Don’t worry it happens to us all... If you have forgotten your password all you need to do is click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the login screen where you will be asked to enter your email address. Once this is entered follow the instructions on the email and you’ll be back into BrightHR in no time at all.

 

 

I am having trouble logging in?

 

Firstly please double-check your email and password (just to be sure). Also please check that you have an Internet connection... Still having issues? Don’t worry, call one of our friendly support team on 0844 892 3927 and they will be happy to assist.

 

Who do I speak to if I am having problems?

 

You can quickly log a support case within BrightHR. This can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Help’ button at the bottom of each page. Alternatively you can call our support team on 0844 892 3927 and one of our awesome advisors will help you.
