How do I set someone up as an Admin?

Head to **Settings** in the top right on any page and select **Permissions** across the top bar.

Find the employee you want to set as an admin from the list - or search for their name at the top.

Next, change their role to **Admin** using the drop-down list and hit the **Save Changes** button in the bottom right. You're done!

Can I manually change an annual leave balance?

Yes you can! simply click the edit option next to the balance under the employment tab on that employee's profile. This will ask you to enter their new leave balance, as well as a reason as to why you are making the manual change.

You can then see a history of any changes that have been made by click the history section just next to the edit icon.

How can I delete an employee's profile?

You can delete an employee's profile via the employment tab on their profile where you will see the delete employee option under the termination section.

You will be given the option also to download all their data which will direct you to the reports section to download this.

Can I change my employee's profile type?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can! Simply head to their profile, in to the employment tab, and then click the edit option next to key details.

Next, select the change contract option and click next step. You will now see the option to select the employment type which would either be fixed or variable.

Once you have saved the changes, the profile type will be updated.

You can change this any time you add a new contract to their profile.
