As a result of unprecedented success, BrightHR has expanded into a brand-new office space by the Sydney CBD. The expansion comes as BrightHR matures into a true contender within the HR technology space.
Found on the 7th floor of 180 Thomas St, Haymarket, the Bright team has rapidly grown from 4 to 40 since January 2020. The success of BrightHR reflected a growing need in the market. The team at BrightHR are proud to have supported a total of 21,971 clients, through arguably one of the toughest years for small businesses. This valuable achievement has set a solid foundation as BrightHR strives toward servicing a projected 30,000 clients within their first five years.

Last year, Bright experienced an influx in demand for HR advice as a result of the pandemic, with an overwhelming number of inbound enquires from clients regarding their workplace obligations. In response, Bright developed several new features to help struggling employers including:

- VaccTrak Lite for the public, a FREE version for all SMEs
- BrightSafe Covid-19 resources and risk assessments
- E-learning Courses inclusive of COVID-specific learning modules
- The Return to Work Navigator to re-open business post lockdown
