He's a skilled e-commerce professional with over 18 years of experience in retail and financial services. He leads multi-disciplined teams covering product, UX & UI design, web & app development, digital marketing, analytics, and user research. He’s motivated by improving customer satisfaction, driving innovation, and creating exceptional digital products that promote business success.
