Dan joined BrightHR in June 2024, having worked in big four consultancy and international fast growth businesses, covering M&A, business integration and finance transformation. Since joining BrightHR, he has implemented financial controls, financial insight to new ventures, new pricing structures, and has professionalised the financial operations to be a best-in-class function. As the CFO, he is responsible for finance across UKI, ANZ, and Canada, plus ensuring finance is part of all operational and strategic processes.
