Direction to Attend Medical Appointment (Letter)

As much as you do your best to provide a safe environment for your employees, you may have staff that raise concerns about specific health issues affecting them. To avoid any legal issues later on, you may direct the employee to attend a medical assessment to confirm they are fit to work.
