Direction to take excessive Annual Leave

While most employees will utilise their accrued annual leave for a holiday or other circumstances, you may come across employees who have a significant amount saved up. If that's the case, you may want to direct them to use it rather than continue accruing more.

Accrued annual leave

If you've already had a meeting with the employee in question and were unable to come to an agreement, in this template, you can provide this to any employee that needs to utilise their excess annual leave while outlining the exact dates you need them to do so.
