If one of your casual workers has serious allegations against them and after investigating you've found there is truth to them, you may need to terminate their casual employment with your company.

Terminating casuals

Even though they may not be permanent employees, you still need to follow a legally compliant process when terminating casuals. We've attached a template you can provide and document if you need to confirm with any casual employee that they won't be employed with your business anymore.
