This policy can be used to either add to your existing handbook or as a standalone policy to be compliant with minimum leave entitlements under the Fair Work Act 2009. The policy outlines guidelines and procedures regarding employees' entitlement to take parental leave compassionate leave long service leave community service leave and family and domestic violence leave.
