Hannah has recently been appointed as the Operations Director for BrightHR in June 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in operations and commercial management. Hannah is CIPD qualified, and has a BA Hons in Business Management and HR Management. She's previously held senior roles in both the public and private sectors across large service and call centre roles as well as HR Advisory, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering roles. Her background is in developing people, commercial partnering, streamlining, and automating processes and enhancing the HR experience which aligns perfectly with BrightHR's mission to support small and medium-sized enterprises with innovative HR software and advice.
