We surveyed our clients to find out how they’re using AI
79% of business owners and leaders are positive towards the use of AI, an increase of 155% compared to last year.
64% of businesses have plans to adopt AI or are using it already in the workplace, this is up by 35%
22% of marketing departments are using AI, 17% of businesses have adopted AI in their service operations and 9% of other areas of businesses have adopted the use of AI in office admin.
AI in the workplace is helping 28% of business owenrs with admin tasks, Research, analytics & insights teams use AI 20% & content creation use AI 20% to help with content.
Although 17% replaced headcount with AI, this number was lower than forecasted last year, when 31% said AI would reduce headcount.
75% of Businesses say they are concerned about cyber security, intellectual property risk 70% and legal and compliance risks 69%.
