It’s been a busy time here at BrightHQ. We recently launched our new TV ad, starring the multi-talented Harry Redknapp, at a glitzy VIP party.

Stars from the football world including Harry Redknapp, Sir Alex Ferguson and Sam Allardyce were in attendance, along with a selection of our BrightHR employees and partners.

It was a fab night where we could all come together to celebrate the success of the last year and a half and get excited about what’s to come next…

Speaking of which, let’s tell you more about our new TV ad and the meaning behind #TheNewHR campaign.

So, what’s #TheNewHR all about?

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve responded to an enormous shift in customer demand. With changing rules and regulations, we’ve been a key lifeline to small businesses through every stage of the pandemic.

We’ve launched a wide range of online COVID support—from furlough tools to vaccine trackers—and guided small business owners through every challenge they’ve faced. We’re also proud to have supported many customers free of charge through the pandemic by pausing payments. And we’re motivated to continue to be allies to small business owners...

Because the pandemic has inevitably changed the way that we work. And it’s meant that employers need a lot more support in managing their staff, health & safety processes and employee wellbeing.

So, we’re going to continue to invest in our platform and our services, to make sure that employers have everything they need to reduce their admin, free up their time and grow their businesses.

And that’s what makes our range of 24/7 on-the-go tech, #TheNewHR.

Amazing! Can you tell us a bit about the latest BrightHR products?

Of course. We recently invested £1.3 million in two new free services for business owners:

And there’s more…

As workplace safety is more important than ever, we’ve made new updates to our health & safety software, BrightSafe. It now comes with:

  • Care Navigator: It’s a brand-new online hub that lets you access tailored care sector advice, professional risk assessments, and health & safety tasks with auto-reminders.

  • Enhanced e-learning courses: 25 BrightSafe e-learning courses are now assured by The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA)—meaning you can be even more confident that our courses are accurate and up to date.
