Correcting the mistakes of their accountants
As a social enterprise that provides social engagement, training, health and well-being through the development of unique sustainable projects CETMA operates a busy schedule across multiple locations. With limited time to manage admin, Keith (CETMA Director) identified the need for HR and payroll software when they were constantly having to correct the mistakes of their accountants.
As a social enterprise, we were originally using our accountants to manage the payroll. It became clear that they didn't understand how we operate. So we found ourselves constantly having to correct mistakes. It was stressful, time-consuming. It pulled us away from the work that we wanted to be doing of actually supporting people.
