Yes they can! with the Praise feature its really easy for the employees to praise their colleagues and even managers and admins.
They can add a message and select which of your company values they think they truly live.
Even better, theres a handy points system which awards the employee with points based on how many of your core values they lived up to! A great way for your employees to notice each other and even for management to provide great feedback for employees.
First double check you have enabled the feature via BrightLabs in settings - Praise needs to be enabled before it will be visible to any user!
If this is enabled, this could be that the hide employees setting has been enabled in your company settings - this means employees cannot view other employee details therefore praise would not be accessible either.
Yes you can! If you decide you do not want your employees to see the leaderboard, simply head to the praise section on your dashboard, then in to the settings tab and click the 'Hide leaderboard' button.
Don't forget to click the save button to save your changes.
This will still allow you to view the leaderboard to keep track of points but the employees will not see the board.
Yes you can! Just head over to the praise section on your dashboard and click in to the settings tab.
In this section, the first option allows you to set a balance for the amount of points that can be allocated each month.
You can set the amount at any given point during the month and this will set a limit - we suggest 100 points as typically around 60% of this allowance is used.
