Yes you can! Simply head in to settings and then working time patterns.
Click 'Create new pattern' to get started.
Once you have entered the name of the pattern, you can now add the times and breaks.
Next to each day, you will see the +Split option which will allow you to add a second shift on that particular day so you can add a split shift.
A working time pattern can be created for as long as 8 weeks at which point it will repeat the set pattern.
